SC Uplift Property Management, is a fully licensed, insured and bonded South Carolina property management agency, a sub-sidiary of SC Uplift Community Outreach, a non-profit commu-nity development corporation, with Evelyn Edwards serving as the Property Manager in Charge. When you engage in our property management services, you can choose to be supported by a professional property manager and assistant manager /or leasing agent, depending on the number of units under management contract.   • Send notices for meetings and provide a seamless two-way communication approach with all owners of property 
  • Financial Management, with detailed reporting 
  • Assistance in obtaining a Reserve Study and the on-going adherence to the results of the Reserve Study 
  • Enforcement of Association Documents to include violation Inspections and on-going follow up 
  • Collections and Enforcement of delinquent payments
